Catherine started Arc Labs to build the companies rather than advise on them.
The portfolio runs to 10 ventures across Norway and the United States, 7 of them live. They have very little in common on the surface, which is deliberate: household services in Norway, a Norwegian language app, property tax appeals in Texas and New Jersey, lead discovery, AI chat infrastructure. What connects them is the method rather than the market.
Before Arc Labs she founded and led LaNuit Tech from 2024 to 2026, and worked as a full-stack engineer on banking and transaction infrastructure. She is based in Oslo.
